We Love Nate!!!

We were so excited to have Nate with us today. We have waited five years to have him sleep over and tonight was the night.

JJ and Aunt Laci came to met us for Bach Lunch. We always enjoy being at the park and listening to great music, but this week was especially great. Today we were able to join Gigi, Khaki, Emma Claire, and Maddie. The kids had all but two of their cousins with them at the park! There was no holding the kids back from the water fountain. They had a blast!

Nate came home with us and I think they took out every toy they have. After an hour and a half I went to check on them because they were being so good I had yet to hear from them. Even James was having fun playing with them. Nate wanted to be Santa Clause and Gracie was happy to play along. She grabbed a pillow from the bed and pretended to sleep. Santa Clause was leaving gifts for her as she slept. Mom had to interrupt the party to go to the bank. Everyone agreed that a trip to the library was in order. We took turns reading and then everyone left with a book and a movie.

A quick game of marbles was next on the agenda. Gracie was cheering for all. And to spoil dinner completely, we had a late tea. The kids were very excited to stay up very late and watch a movie. We are all excited to have more time with Nate and can't wait to have him over again!
