I don't think it's possible for anyone to be mad on a day like this. The weather was as close to perfect as I can remember and the laughs made it even brighter. I took the kids to the park to fly their kite. It had a lot of trouble getting off the ground, so we played some baseball. It was a great day to be out on the diamond.
As evening came, we decided to take the happiness on the road to Art Walk downtown. Gracie stopped to play with a hula-hoop.

She did a good job.

The rest of the evening was spent soaking up some culture

and walking down the streets of downtown Lafayette laughing and cutting up.

If we were selling Joy today, we'd be millionaires.
