While We Were Out!

Sorry we've left you stranded for the past two weeks. Here's what you missed....

The Packers lost the Monday Night Football game to the Saints. Dad had a great time with Dr. Brad, a die-hard Saints fan. Brad, thanks for letting a Cheesehead tag along!

The kiddos are still bowling. Getting better with every roll!

Thanksgiving was held at Grandma Dee's. Aunt Angie and Uncle Troy came in from Dallas and just about the whole clan showed up. Gigi even came along. We were all quite gluttonous. A few buttons popped. But we laughed until our sides hurt. It was a great visit!

On Friday, Gus came with Dad to work. He made a nice Christmas card that's on display at Gulf Coast Bank. Mom spent the afternoon shopping.

On Saturday, we picked up Nate early and Dad and the kids (less James) spent the day at the library, making tacos and reading at Books-A-Million. Mom & James went to a birthday party for baby Maria and a baby shower for Mom's cousin Nancy. After Dad dropped off Nate, he and the kids went bowling. Family fun at its best!

Sunday was a day of rest. After mass we all relaxed, except for Dad and the boys who raked up pine needles. Thirteen bags! Not as easy as it sounds. Later that night we lit the outdoor fireplace and Dad entertained us with some music.

On Monday, we went to Gigi's for supper. Beef stew and spaghetti. Take your pick. It was a great time.

Can't remember what we did Tuesday.

On Wednesday, after bowling Dad picked up the boys and joined Mr. Greg and James Hamilton for the Ragin Cajun football game. We are proud to say that the Cajuns won and are now bowl eligible. We had a great time cheering them on.

So that's what's been going on. Obviously you deserve better, so we'll try not to go so long without chiming in.
