Pizza, Pizza!

At the first annual Homeschoolers Pizza Cook-off, I'm proud to say that the Chopins took home the award for most creative pizza. Mom came up with the idea of a S'mores pizza. So we created "Chopin Campfire Pizza".It is a regular Jiiffy pizza crust (in hindsight, it probably would have been better with some kind of graham cracker crust) topped with marshmallow creme for the "sauce". Then we topped it with crushed graham crackers, pieces of Hershey's milk chocolate bars and mini-marshmallows. After we pulled it out of the oven we topped it with some chocolate syrup. Can you say "diabetic coma"? But it was pretty great. Props to Mom for her great ideas!

The other pizzas were incredible! They were all uniquely made and tasted fantastic! It was great to see families working together to have fun. Thanks to the Thomas family for hosting such a wonderful get together. Here are some pics from the event...
