Gigi Moves Out

Well today is the day we knew would come. Gigi moved away and we were left a little sad and lonely. The kids are going to miss having story time at bedtime and waking up to her smile. Mom will miss her coffee buddy and some quiet talks with Gigi. It eases the kids pain a little to know that there is a pool at the apartment complex. Getting to be with Gigi away from Mom and Dad's supervision is also a plus for the kids.

Gigi choose a very nice apartment with two bedrooms. It has a cute little courtyard and a pool. She has decorated it very nicely. It is perfect and there is no hole in the roof! We went for our first family night at the apartment tonight. The kids were anxious to explore the newly acquired territory. While Gracie made salad Gigi finished cooking and Dado got in a game of chess with Gus. James is still studying and refuses to play until he knows he can win ;-) After dinner Emma and Gracie preformed for us. They love to dance and play! Gigi did get in story time before we said good night.

Thanks for having us over tonight Gigi. We love you and will miss your presence at our house.
